The work area management (WAM) software SIS is designed to connect and consolidate the obtained information from all Sysmex analysers on one central work area manager, accessible from virtually everywhere remote to support the technical validation process in the laboratory to a new dimension.

With the incorporation of predefined standard operating procedures into SIS, SIS is enabled to operate as knowledge based Expert system to support the technical validation steps saving technologist time.

With the implementation of the respective knowledge based expert system the implementation of SIS to the Work area will reduce several manual tasks within the Postanalytical area as well as unnecessary repeat measurements and reviews, e.g. microscopic differentials
