International Process & Data Governance Lead (f/m/d)

Your responsibilities

  • Design, implement and govern the business process information and data flow in our global digitalisation project (“D-Project”) for the EMEA region and afterwards secure a continuous development
  • Gain a solid understanding of the business needs in the EMEA region regarding processes and data, with an initial focus on sales and marketing, customer relationship management, supply chain, manufacturing and finance (“functions”)
  • Lead the definition of key data hierarchy, focus first on the product and customer hierarchy in our CRM system and roll-out the respective implementation in EMEA in close collaboration with the functions
  • Review main data definitions and standards in cooperation with functions and affiliates in EMEA to ensure consistency and information reliability
  • Keep track of master data management and data cleaning/update activities
  • Secure EMEA-wide harmonisation of data definitions and data management by driving and supporting the respective processes
  • Define and review data controls and quality metrics

Your profile

  • Professional experience in project and change management
  • Extensive knowledge of the above-mentioned in-house processes and procedures
  • Experience and skills in leading and managing teams without disciplinary responsibility
  • Solid understanding of system as well as data requirements in sales and marketing, supply chain management/logistics and finance
  • Effective written and spoken communication skills in English required, additional languages of advantage
  • Assertive, perseverant, result-oriented, structured in thinking and transparent in reporting
  • Able to adapt your communication style to different stakeholders
  • Willing to travel and able to connect with Sysmex colleagues in the EMEA region
